What may be retained
- • Anonymized aggregated data (no longer linkable to you)
- • Encrypted backups for up to 90 days, then permanently purged
- • Records required by law (tax/financial records: 7 years)
- • Survey data owned by your organization — request deletion directly from your deploying organization
- • Legal hold data, only for the duration of active proceedings
